Ingredients:
2 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs tomato puree
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
4 chicken breasts or portions
Directions:
Throw everything into a bowl, massage into chicken and leave. I left for about 5 hours, but it wasn't long enough really. Leaving for at least overnight would have been.
